This is a Russian-made Lubitel 2 camera. It's medium format, so it makes 6cm x 6cm images on 120 film. This type of Lubitel was manufactured between 1955 and 1980. It was replaced by the Lubitel-166, which is one of the cheapest TLRs you will ever find. I owned one of each, but decided that was a bit wasteful, so I pitted them head-to-head in a clash of photographic ability, and the older Lubitel 2 won.
